Dr. Reza Pourshadi graduated from the University of Western Ontario, in Ontario, Canada in 1993 with a bachelor degree in microbiology and immunology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York in 1999.
Dr. Pourshadi is married and has a three year old son. In his 14 years of practice, Dr. Pourshadi has devoted his passion and energy to providing his community with quality chiropractic care.
Beyond private practice, Dr. Pourshadi does public lectures, workshops, and volunteers at sports and social events. He's an active member of Massachusetts Chiropractic Society and Medford Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Pourshadi uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Pourshadi is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
Along with spinal manipulation, Dr. Pourshadi uses Flexion-Distraction Technique, Activator, Sacro-occipital Technique (SOT), and Active Release Technique (ART).
